Zita Hietink M.Sc. (1967) Professional Coach & Registered Psychologist

As a coach for executives and professionals, Zita naturally switches between the roles of coach, psychologist and sparring partner. After her study Psychology, she worked at the Universiteit Medisch Centrum of Utrecht, The Netherlands, in a private practice and as a coach for legal firms and international oriented financial institutions.

As a result, she has 25 years of experience in guiding and coaching her clients. She helps motivated individuals who are willing to apply self-reflection in order to achieve sustainable growth and change within their professional setting and / or private situation.

Zita is a coach that is focused on achieving breakthroughs with her clients and is skilled in reaching the essence of matters in a short time frame. Core values and motives surface in a coaching process. When the motives and core values are clear, Zita is able to apply methods and techniques to enable her clients to shift their mind-set so that a change in behavior follows. As a coach and psychologist she understands rational thinking and how to connect this with emotion.

She is a coach who actively listens, creates tranquility, but certainly does not avoid confrontational questions. Zita is no stranger to challenge and always has a goal in mind that can create a breakthrough in the lives of clients in terms of their personal development and their decision-making process
